More Than a Massage

Every session with Brigette goes deeper than muscle.

As she works, Brigette connects with spirit and receives an intuitive reading of what your body is holding, physically and emotionally. She weaves that insight into your session with energy work, affirmations and guided relaxation, so you leave lighter in body and in mind.

It's what clients mean when they call it metaphysical massage: bodywork that listens.
