Cold Plunge in Ukiah
Opening November 30, 2026. Our Renu Therapy cold plunge is kept cold and clean so you can step in, breathe, and walk out feeling awake and clear.
Go hot, then cold
Pair the plunge with our infrared salt sauna or full-body red light bed. Hot, then cold, then rest. It's the contrast routine people love for recovery, and it's right here on Talmage Road.
First time?
We walk you through it. Most people start with a minute or two. You set the pace, and there's no pressure at all.
Pricing
- First plunge: $30
- Single plunge: $40
- Monthly package: $230 for 6 credits to mix across cold plunge, sauna and red light. Credits never expire.
